Synopsis:
Parents looking for a missing child are led into a strange and dangerous netherworld in this thriller. Jeanne (Emmanuelle Beart) and Paul (Rufus Sewell) are a wealthy couple who were in Thailand helping to establish an orphanage when the 2005 tsunami leveled the island. Jeanne and Paul had a young son who disappeared in the storm, and since his body has never been found, Jeanne holds out hope that he might still be alive, a hope that becomes a desperate concern when she sees a video of children being held by kidnappers in Burma which shows a child who looks like her boy. Eager to find out the truth, Paul pays a hefty fee to local outlaw Mr. Gao (Petch Osathanugrah) to escort him and Jeanne into a forbidden zone known only to Thailand's criminal underclass near the Burmese border. Jeanne and Paul soon find themselves out of their depth in a strange land they do not understand where dangerous men commune with the spirits of the dead.

X-Blades' star Ayumi has already had an opportunity to show us what she can do with swords and guns in this fast-paced hack-and-slash game, but SouthPeak Interactive stopped by to update us on how the deadly girl with long, golden locks is doing on her adventure. In our short demo, we jumped ahead in the game to face a giant wave of monsters to get an idea of just how frantic and chaotic the gameplay can get. Before jumping into the action, we learned that Ayumi is a treasure hunter for hire who has found a map to a powerful artifact. Given that her only source of income seems to be finding and selling artifacts, she has tracked down an artifact that has the power of the gods. However, we learn that now she's cursed, and so her new goal is to figure out a way to remove the curse. That was what we were told in a nutshell, but we also heard that the story would develop further and expand to introduce villains, rivals, and allies. We don't quite know yet how the story will unfold, but it's fairly obvious that the main focus here is not so much the story but the nonstop action.

Film favourites Buzz Lightyear and Woody are back in action with their latest video-game offering, Disney/Pixar's Toy Story 2. The cowboy Woody is in trouble in a game that closely follows the plot of the hit computer-animated flick. Although the game is obviously aimed at luring fans of the movie of the same name, it does contain gameplay that will appeal to a wider audience. Toy Story 2 is not a perfect game, but it captures the playability and humour of the film, and also has movie-quality animations and graphics. Woody finds himself kidnapped by Al, the evil toy collector, and it's up to Buzz to save the day with a little help from the other toys in owner Andy's room. Buzz must venture outside Andy's house and into the local neighbourhood. Game environments include a perilous construction area, a toy barn, and a sky-rise apartment. Ultimately, Buzz will confront his arch nemesis, the Evil Emperor Zurg but getting there is half the fun. During his journey, Buzz must collect missing parts for Mr Potato Head. He also calls on his buddies Rex, Slinky Dog, and Hamm the piggy bank for helpful tips and directions. Controls are varied but can be confusing to master. Buzz can climb, do a "super foot stomp," fire his laser, and perform a Space Ranger spin attack to help him get through the various levels.

It can add a drop shadow to your windows, change Clear Type contrast, change a visual style's color or a wallpaper's and much more ...
But its most useful function is located in the "Styler Toolbar" which can entirely change the look and feel of the Windows XP's toolbar. So, you can change your toolbar to make it look like Windows Vista's or Mace OSX's.

Miles Kody, is a documentary filmmaker. Living off a long ago success
he's now searching for his "second" break. He finds that in the seedy
world of snuff films. He interviews Vic, a seasoned pro with a
menacing, mysterious dark side. Miles becomes obsessed with the
subject matter and his subject. Miles' primary investor, Carl, is
also very interested, more in the hypnotic allure of the movies and
potential for profit. As Miles tapes his interviews with Vic he
becomes aware of the appearance of "ghosts" captured on his video
monitor. He realizes that the faint energy fields of these ghosts,
past victims of the snuff films, are picked up more readily on video.
As a ghost becomes more powerful they become more visible to the
naked eye. He soon realizes that Vic is in league with the Devil and
delivers the souls of his victims to attain more power.
